Susara is our flagship white blend, a textured, contemplative wine that reflects coastal intensity and mountain restraint. It is named after the Susara protea scattered around the vineyard and captures the purest expression of our sea-facing slopes. Tasting notes include green nettle, coastal scrub and dried wild herbs.

Cinsault is a medium-bodied red made with minimal extraction to preserve aromatics and acidity. Streamlined and elegant, it delivers brightness, soft tannins, and herbal lift – a versatile red for summer sipping or light food pairings. Tasting notes include sour cherry, thyme and redcurrant.

Megan is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Megan is structured, elegant, and rooted in Stellenbosch’s granite soils. Crafted in honour of Stephen Newton’s daughter, it reflects both familial care and viticultural precision. This wine balances fine tannins with polished dark fruit, presenting a cellar-worthy red characterised by poise and quiet confidence. Tasting notes include dark fruit, pencil shavings.
