- The event date and menu will be mutually agreed upon by Sam Peschier and the winning bidder.
- The team members present will be dependent on their individual availability.
- Any allergies or dietary restrictions must be communicated in writing and signed by the bidder prior to finalising the menu.
- The bidder understands that the use of their home, facilities, and participation in the evening is entirely at their own risk. While care will be taken, a nut-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
